I have been struggling with my weight since I've been in high school. I am currently 21 years old and weigh 165 lbs. My heaviest weight was around 175 lbs. My goal is 120 lbs. I am 5'4 and need all the encouragement I can get. I will post before and after pics when I reach a solid 150 lbs!
